Delivery
We deliver all over Bangladesh. Inside Dhaka the delivery charge is . Outside Dhaka it is . Delivery is free on orders of or more.
Inside Dhaka usually takes 1–2 days, and outside Dhaka 2–4 days. We call you to confirm your order before we send it.
Exchange
If the size or fit is not right, you can exchange within 3 days of delivery. The item should be unworn, unwashed and with its tags intact. Message us on WhatsApp and we will help.
Payment
- Cash on Delivery: pay the delivery person when you receive your order.
- bKash: pay to our bKash merchant number and enter your TrxID at checkout. We check it before dispatch.
Privacy
We ask only for your name, mobile number and address, and we use them only to confirm and deliver your order and to help you afterwards. We do not sell your details. We share them only with the delivery service that brings your order to you. Like most online shops, we also use standard analytics and advertising tools to understand how the site is used and which ads work.
